Nancy Wallace is Associate Professor of Real Estate in the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She teaches introductory statistics, real estate investment analysis, and real estate finance at Haas. Her primary research focuses on housing price indices, models to monitor residential real estate price movements over the business cycle, efficiency and agency issues in the savings and loan industry, and mortgage pricing and contract structure. She serves as a visiting scholar at the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank where she is working on mortgage prepayment models. She is a member of numerous scholarly and professional societies and is on the editorial board of the Journal of Computational Finance.
