Kenneth T. Rosen is California Professor of Real Estate and chair of the Fisher Center for Real estate and Urban Economics. He is a board member, consultant, and advisor to a wide variety of public and private, national and regional, housing and real estate organizations. He has served on the board of editors of Land Economics, Journal of Urban and Real Estate Economics, and Housing Finance Review. He is a member of the American Economics Association, the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, and the Urban Land Institute.
